Location:                The Maxwell Cemetery is located in western San Saba County near the San Saba River in Spring Valley on the O. P. Leonard Ranch.

Latitude: 31.1685^oN   Longitude: 98.9154^oN

Directions:             From the western San Saba city limit on U. S. 190 go west 7.9 miles to CR 340.

                         •         Turn left on CR 340 and go south‑southwest 3.4 miles to the Leonard Ranch headquarters.

                         •     From Leonard Ranch headquarters veer right off of CR 340. Go through a locked gate, with permission, and follow a meandering road 2.7 miles past the Welcome to Spring Valley sign, past Leonard Ranch Lodge, through several gates with cattle guards on a road along large pecan orchards and into pasture land, up a steep hillside to the top of the hill. The cemetery is on the right, about 25 yards off the road.
